2 parts RIPE Bar Juice Agave Mojito
1 part White Rum
Club Soda
Spring of Mint
Glass: Highball Glass
Garnish: Mint Sprig
Method: Add Rum and RIPE Bar Juice Agave Mojito to a shaker filled with ice. Shake and strain into a highball glass with fresh ice. Top with a splash of club soda. Garnish with mint sprig.

Method: Muddle cucumbers in a mixing glass. Add Gin and RIPE Bar Juice Agave Mojito to a shaker filled with ice. Shake and strain into a highball glass with fresh ice. Top with a bit of club soda. Garnish with a mint bouquet.
