  • Does RIPE Bar Juice have to be refrigerated at all times?
    Refrigerated means that we’re delivering a fresh, real product. As a result, we highly recommend keeping RIPE Bar Juice refrigerated at all times. Everything done in our Juicery is below 38° F. Like any perishable goods, if there are short periods of time when it's being transported, like to a friend’s house for a party, and can’t be kept cool, no worries!
  • Is the ‘Best By’ date an actual expiration date?
    Every RIPE Bar Juice bottle is imprinted with the date that we know that our bar juice will maintain the best quality including the best flavor, color and aroma possible. We encourage you to enjoy your bottle of RIPE Bar Juice by making some fabulous drinks and sharing with your friends by the date printed on the bottle.
  • How long after opening is RIPE Bar Juice good for?
    If you have some leftover RIPE Bar Juice, it’s good for a minimum of 10 days. We’re pretty sure you can find an occasion to grab some friends and enjoy with or without spirits in that timeframe. Or, enjoy 10 days on your own. :-)
  • The color of the product looks different.
    We don’t hide behind artificial colors. The colors you see in every bottle of RIPE Bar Juice is exactly the color that Mother Nature and her all-natural fruits provided to us. This can change throughout the year, but you can always count on the great taste being the same.
  • How many days of shelf life will I have when I receive my RIPE Bar Juice order?
    If you order from our online store, you can expect 90 days or more for the shelf life of your product. If you do not receive your order, please contact us at info@ripebarjuice.com with the subject line RIPE BAR JUICE | MISSING ORDER. Please include your order number and any other relevant information for us to help identify and track your order.
  • Can I mix and match my own RIPE Bar Juice variety pack?
    Unfortunately, this customizable 6-pack feature is not currently offered on our website, but we are happy to accommodate your special request via email order. Please contact us at info@ripebarjuice.com with the subject line RIPE BAR JUICE | CUSTOMIZE MY ORDER. Please note that products are sold in 6-pack quantities (1 order = 6 bottles). Just let us know what you are looking for – you can have each bottle be different flavors, or do a 50-50 split between 2 flavors!
  • What if my RIPE Bar Juice order arrived warm?
    As long as your order was only in transit for two days, there shouldn’t be much cause for concern for the quality or safety of our products. If the bottles are very puffy or of the juice appears carbonated, please reach out to us at info@ripebarjuice.com with the subject line RIPE BAR JUICE | ORDER ISSUE.
  • Why is shipping so expensive?
    We always work to get the most competitive shipping rates we can for our customers, but ultimately, this one is out of our hands given the fresh nature of our products. We need to make sure the product lands to you within two days to keep it as cold and fresh as possible. Because we produce and bottle directly from our juicery in New Haven, CT, the further you are from CT the more it will cost. Now might be a good time to see if there’s a retailer close to you {link to store locator}.
