One of the largest and most popular wine & food festivals in the Northeast, thousands of guests at the 19th Annual Sun Wine & Food Fest at Mohegan Sun were treated to a vast selection of cocktails, wines and delicious food pairings. RIPE Bar Juice teamed up with Mount Gay Rum to serve up sunshine in a cocktail glass -- Bajan Rum Punch cocktails. Guests also sampled delicious Side Cars and Margaritas -- also made with RIPE Bar Juice.

Bajan Rum Punch
1.5 oz Mount Gay Rum Eclipse
3 oz RIPE Bar Juice Bajan Punch
1 dash Angostura Bitters
Lime Wedge
Freshly Grated Nutmeg
Shake Mount Gay Rum Eclipse, RIPE Bar Juice Bajan Punch and Angostura Bitters. Strain into a highball glass with fresh ice. Top with nutmeg and garnish with lime wedge.

1.5 oz Remy Martin VSOP
.5 oz Cointreau
3 oz RIPE Bar Juice Classic Lemon Sour
Orange Twist
Shake Remy Martin VSOP, Cointreau and RIPE Bar Juice Lemon Sour. Strain into a cocktail glass with fresh ice. Garnish with orange twist.
Margarita
1.5 oz 100% Agave Tequila
.5 oz Cointreau
3 oz RIPE Bar Juice Agave Margarita
Lime Wedge
Shake Tequila, Cointreau and RIPE Bar Juice Agave Margarita. Strain into a cocktail glass with fresh ice. Garnish with lime wedge.
