RIPE Bar Juice made it a foursome with Mount Gay Rum, Safe Harbor Marinas and the Honda Classic!
RIPE Bar Juice joined forces with Mount Gay Rum to serve up deliciously fresh, cold-pressed craft cocktails to Safe Harbor Marinas' best clientele during last weekend's Honda Classic in Palm Beach, Florida. It was an epic weekend of gorgeous yachts, professional golf, dancing under the stars, in addition to amazing epicurean delights.
RIPE Bar Juice and Mount Gay Rum Featured Cocktails:
BAJAN RUM PUNCH
1.5 oz Mount Gay Rum Eclipse
3 oz RIPE Bar Juice Bajan Punch
1 dash Angostura Bitters
Lime Wedge
Freshly Grated Nutmeg
Shake Mount Gay Rum Eclipse, RIPE Bar Juice Bajan Punch and Angostura Bitters. Strain into a highball glass with fresh ice. Top with nutmeg and garnish with lime wedge.
MOJITO
1.5 oz Mount Gay Rum Eclipse
3 oz RIPE Bar Juice Agave Mojito
Mint Sprig
Shake Mount Gay Rum Eclipse and RIPE Bar Juice. Strain into a highball glass with fresh ice. Garnish with mint sprig.
BLOODY MARY
2 oz Mount Gay Rum Eclipse
4 oz RIPE Bar Juice San Marzano Bloody Mary
Celery Stalk
Lemon Slice
Old Bay Seasoning (optional)
Rub the rim of your glass with a lemon slice and roll in coarse Old Bay Seasoning (optional). Add Mount Gay Rum and RIPE Bar Juice into shaker. Stir to mix and pour into glass with fresh ice. Garnish with fresh lemon slice and celery stalk.
