RIPE Bar Juice raised spirits at the annual Greenwich Historical Society Winter Market, a thoughtfully curated holiday market – of which a portion of all proceeds go to support the Historical society’s programs in education, the arts and historic preservation.
The Winter Market was held from December 1-3 at Christ Church Greenwich in Connecticut and featured 35 vendors offering holiday gifts, jewelry, fashion apparel, specialty foods, hand-crafted items, and more.
Opening Night Festivities included live music from local favorites, raffles, and crafted cocktails from RIPE Bar Juice! Though the Winter Market may be over for this year, you can still enjoy the cocktails at home!
Sparkling Cosmopolitan
Ingredients
2 parts RIPE Bar Juice Classic Cosmopolitan
1 part ALB Vodka (Albany Distilling Co.)
Lime Twist
Method
Add RIPE Bar Juice Classic Cosmopolitan and ALB Vodka into shaker with ice. Shake and strain into martini glass. Garnish with lime twist.

1 1/2 parts Vodka
Lime Wedge
Method
Add RIPE Bar Juice Classic Cranberry and Vodka to shaker with ice. Shake and strain into highball glass with ice. Garnish with lime wedge.
