Nantucket Wine & Food Festival cocktails featuring RIPE Bar Juice:
Herradura Ultra Anejo
Ingredients
1 ½ oz Herradura Ultra Anejo
3 oz. RIPE Bar Juice Agave Margarita
Lime Flavor Blaster Bubble
Method
Shake ingredients well with ice. Strain into cocktail coup glass. Top with Flavor Blaster Bubble and Garnish with dehydrated lime wheel.
Brant Point Punch
Ingredients
1 ½ oz Brugal 1888 Rum
1 oz. RIPE Bar Juice Bajan Punch
1 oz. Perfect Puree Mango Passion
½ oz POM wonderful juice
Method
Add all ingredients to highball glass with ice, and roll back and forth to mix. Garnish with fresh, seasonal herb.
Coskata Collins
Ingredients
1 ½ oz Peloton de la Muerte Mezcal
2 oz. RIPE Bar Juice Agave Margarita
1 can Fever Tree Aromatic Tonic
Method
Combine Peloton de la Muerte Mezcal and RIPE Bar Juice Agave Margarita together with ice and strain into rocks glass. Top off with tonic and stir briefly. Garnish with fresh lime wheel.
